When and how do I pay for my dentistry?
It’s no secret that dentistry is not cheap. How can it be with the high level of technology, specialized materials and continual training required to deliver the best possible care to patients? If you are lucky enough to be covered by a dental plan, many of our basic services, and even some complex procedures, may be covered.
We will submit your claim to your insurance provider at the time of service and complete pre-authorizations to help you determine your true costs in advance. However, we ask that patients pay for services in full at the time of treatment. Your insurance provider will then reimburse you as your plan specifies. Often this is only a matter of days. When it comes to your dental plan, you will find us helpful and informative.
Sometimes, the best treatment is not the one covered by your insurance. At Warmland Dental, we will provide you with a range of options, but our advice is based on what is best for you, not your insurance company. We hope that patients make decisions based on solid reasons like quality and longevity, not just on insurance coverage.
There are other methods of financing dental care of which you may not be aware. We invite you to talk to one of our team members to get the details.
