When determining who should place your dental implant, consider the following:

1. How is the planning for the final crown done?  Is there a plan at all?
2. Has a 3D x-ray been taken and used to ensure good placement?
3. Is a surgical guide being used?
4. What is the brand of the implant?  Is it one that will be supported for years to come?
5. Who is doing the final crown?  Is it the same person as the surgeon or another office?

There are many ways to obtain a good result.  Don’t be afraid to ask questions!
